Purchase ATB tickets via WhatsApp before boarding .
The service
With Chat&Go by ATB it is possible to purchase single and tourist tickets valid on the ATB and TEB network at the same rates as traditional purchases.
How does it work
The purchase must be made before boarding and the ticket is valid immediately, so it cannot be purchased for later use.
In practice:
- The first time, scan the QrCode present at all stops on the network;
- Send ‘Hello’ in the chat that will open automatically and click on the first link;
- Choose the fare of your interest from the ‘Tickets’ section or calculate the fare corresponding to your journey by clicking on ‘Calculate Fare and buy’;
- In either case, add the desired products to your basket by clicking on the ‘add’ button as many times as there are tickets to purchase;
- Proceed with payment;
- Receive your tickets in the chat;
- board the vehicle;
- Save the phone number in the address book and keep the chat for later use or to view your purchase history.
N.B. Ticket validation takes place at the same time as issue, so tickets are non-refundable.
If departure and arrival are selected, the ticket is only valid for the selected route.

Ticket check
Tickets purchased with Chat&Go can only be used with the device used for the purchase, so it is not possible to give them away or send them to others (e.g. by taking a screenshot).
It will then be sufficient to show the inspection staff the ticket received following the purchase.
FAQ
Can I buy a ticket for more than one person?
Yes, but remember that tickets purchased through Chat&Go can only be used with the device used to purchase them, so the people for whom the tickets were purchased must travel together.
I have made the payment but have not received my ticket, what should I do?
